Evening Buffet Cruises return for the summer season

The sound of cool jazz will make a triumphant return to warm South Lakeland evenings next month, with the first Summer Evening Buffet Cruise of the year by Windermere Lake Cruises.
The popular Buffet Cruise begins again on Saturday, July 2 and will run every Saturday evening through July and August.
The musical backdrop is once again provided by resident band ‘Trickle Charge’ who’ll play a selection of Latin rhythms, mainstream jazz and tasteful pop as you cruise the entire length of Windermere.
Along with spectacular evening views this popular two-and-a-half-hour cruise includes a quality two-course cold buffet (with a new menu for 2022), a fully licensed bar and a dance floor later in the cruise.
It’s a great way to spend a summer evening and the cruises are always extremely popular – so make sure you book your place early.
Setting sail at 7pm, each Saturday, from July 2 to August 27, the Buffet Cruise will cover the entire length of the lake, treating passengers onboard the ‘steamers’ MVs Teal and Swan to the perfect way to enjoy the summer holiday season.
All cruises depart from Bowness Pier 1.

Alcoholic drinks are also available for purchase from the fully licenced bar, while well-behaved dogs with an appreciation for good rhythms are also welcome onboard.
