Teacher Information and risk assessments

Everything You'll Need To Know

We have designed our school packages with teachers and responsible adults in mind. We have tried to take into account the needs of the National Curriculum and link its requirements to the trips and packages that are available for schools and childrens’ groups alike.

  • Pre-visits are available at all the attractions in this brochure. This enables the teacher to make a judgement on the suitability of their chosen package
  • Educational worksheets are available at all attractions (on request)
  • Risk Assessments for most of the attractions are available (some can be downloaded, please check on booking)
  • In accordance with local LEA’s the adult/child ration is 1:6 for Key Stage 1and 1:10 for Key Stage 2

We understand that cost is usually an issue when organising school trips so some of the attractions above have created picnic areas to eat packed lunches outside and under cover in case of bad weather so please enquire on booking.
