IT Technician for Winander Leisure Ltd.

(parent company of Windermere Lake Cruises & Lakeland Motor Museum)

(permanent position based in Bowness-on-Windermere)

Are you enthusiastic about IT and passionate about helping others? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for a beginner or someone new to IT support to join our friendly team. A little experience would be useful, but we’re more interested in finding someone with a passion about tech and learning on the job.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line IT support to our staff, helping them with a variety of IT issues, from troubleshooting software problems to setting up new equipment. You could be helping team-mates on our vessels, ticket staff at our piers or colleagues that are office-based around Windermere.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be:

• A quick learner
• A team player
• Able to work independently
• Have excellent communication skills

A keen interest in IT, a willingness to learn, train and develop through experience and a full driving licence are required.

Closing date for applications is Friday 14 March 2025. Salary range is £25-30k, dependant on experience.
